Rounding by design

Since Day One the busytime system has rounded starting and ending times to the nearest 5 minute boundary.

The start time gets rounded "back" to the nearest 5 minute boundary so thats why your 4:27 PM becomes 4:25 PM.

The end time gets rounded "forward" to the nearest 5 minute boundary so your 4:42 PM gets pushed out to 4:45 PM.

The original reasons for doing this had to do with the UI handling and usability mainly. This has always been the case and is not likely to change anytime soon.
